About
Dr Gregory Tarr is a Consultant Radiologist with expertise in diagnostic and interventional radiology, including a range of endovascular procedures.
Originally from Waikato, New Zealand, Dr Tarr completed his medical degree at the University of Otago in Dunedin before undertaking advanced training in radiology. He also completed a PhD in vascular biology, with research focused on inflammatory and remodelling biomarkers in vascular disease.
Dr Tarr has contributed to the field through publications in peer-reviewed medical journals and maintains an active interest in advances in interventional radiology. He is certified by the European Board of Interventional Radiology (EBIR) and is involved with professional education and clinical interest groups through the Interventional Radiology Society of Australasia (IRSA).
